Congestive Heart Failure
Congestive heart failure (CHF) is a condition in which the heart can't pump enough blood to the body's other organs. People with CHF can experience shortness of breath and may tire easily. Causes of congestive heart failure include coronary artery disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. Note: Estimates below are based on Medica Choice network contract rates and include one year of care for treating CHF (for example, physician visits, tests, medication, etc.). Estimates are shown for practices with cardiologists.
